As I sit here waiting for words from Shane to his realtor to the owners and their realtor to close the deal on the house, I’ve added some home furnishings for my living room to my Kaboodle list.

I’m excited to announce that the owners have accepted our offer, and after signing a few papers and such, this house will be mine in a few weeks!!! I also got my federal returns deposited into my account so it’ll help out alot in fixing up the house. Gosh I can’t wait!!! *skrieks*
