Do It For Myself
I will smell better
I will cough less
I won’t have to worry about how smoking is ruining my health
I’ll have better sense of smell and taste
I’ll be able to run without feeling winded
No more feeling sick and ill after a smoke
No more trips to the store to buy a pack
Smoking develops wrinkles
It looks stupid
Be able to go on the pill without complications
I’ll have more energy
I’ll save more money
Lungs will turn black *yuck*
Develop health problems
Teeth will turn yellow
Clothes and room will turn yellow
Clothes and room will smell bad
It’s messy
It drains my energy
I’ll live longer
Regain control of my life
I want to get pregnant
Improve my chances of getting pregnant
It interferes with hormones
It leaves burn marks on clothes, carpet, etc.
I will enjoy life more
I won’t be contributing $$$ to tobacco company
I REALLY want to quit

Do It For Kids
Kids will develop fewer health problems
It causes harm to my kids
Set a good example for my kids
Won’t have to worry about kids going to school smelling like cigarettes
Be able to see my grandchildren
My kids want me to quit
I want to have a healthy baby
Provide a healthier environment for my kids

Do It For People Around Me
It affects people around me who don’t smoke
Be able to be close to someone without worrying about smelling like smoke
Kiss my boyfriend
It looks unattractive to my boyfriend
It’s embarrassing for people to know I smoke ‘cuz they smell it on me
My friends and family wants me to quit
My family will be proud of me

In Public
It can’t be done in public places (restaurants, malls, etc.)
It makes a property look dirty with cigarette butts
It irritates nonsmokers
Makes nonsmokers cough
It looks unattractive to nonsmokers
It causes burning down people’s home
No more weird convos with strangers who smokes as well

1. New Yorkers – I’m glad to be a part of the diversity it has to offer
2. shopping – nothing better to releive stress than retail therapy
3. a nice weather with clear skies and sunny
4. having lots of pillows on my bed
5. music – it gets me through the day during work
6. body lotions that smells clean and fruity
7. makeup, especially lipgloss and blushes
8. nice fitting jeans that fit my body type
9. silver jewelry, esp. anything silver with hearts
10. nice compliments
11. when people smile and say “excuse me” and “thank you”
12. a cool night, laying on a sofa under a blanket with that special someone watching a movie
13. vanilla candles lit in a dark room… oooh, how romantic
14. donating things knowing that it’ll be put to better use
15. spending quality time with friends and family; Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthdays…

A few weeks ago, I bought Heroes DVD Season One for Shane’s birthday and as part of my 101 in 1001 Challenge. He LOVED it! He told me that he would force himself to stay up to watch it rather than going to sleep… LOL. I watched it with him last weekend but unfortunately we watched about 2 DVD’s of it and he had to take it home with him. So far, it is a bit dragging during the first few episodes, but it’s that way to introduce who’s who and what powers they’re capable of, I guess. He’s gonna leave it at my place so I can watch it this week. I’ll make time to watch it. Lately, I’ve been busy with other things to be watching anything, except for The Bachelorette and Ghost Hunters. I’ll give up anything to watch that!
